Food & Drink
Seasonal food, made from scratch in our kitchen each day. Breakfast begins the day with pastries fresh from the oven and something more substantial if you have time to sit.
If you’re short on time, takeaway is available.
Breakfast
Breakfast tends to begin the day more simply.
Some stop in before heading further through the village, others stay longer and let the morning stretch a little. The menu changes with the seasons, but the approach remains the same. Good ingredients, prepared carefully, and served without too much fuss.
Taken inside the café or out in the garden, it’s a quieter way to begin the day in Bibury.

Lunch
By lunchtime, the atmosphere changes slightly.
People move through the village, conversations become longer, and tables begin to fill more steadily. The menu follows that shift, moving towards more substantial dishes whilst still keeping the same sense of balance found earlier in the day.
Lunch sits at the centre of the afternoon here, whether it’s something quick before continuing through the Cotswolds, or a meal that stretches a little longer than expected.
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea is given its own time entirely.
Served later in the day, it’s something people tend to arrive for deliberately rather than discover by accident. Sweet and savoury elements are brought together carefully, with the experience designed to unfold more gradually than a typical meal.
Taken in the café or out in the garden, it becomes less about rushing through the afternoon and more about setting time aside for it.

Brunch
Not every meal needs to follow a fixed point in the day.
Brunch allows for something more flexible, sitting comfortably between breakfast and lunch without feeling too tied to either. Some arrive later in the morning, others well into the afternoon, but the menu works naturally across both.
It’s a style of eating that suits the pace of the village itself, where plans are often less hurried than elsewhere.
The Brasserie Menu
Some stay on after the afternoon, whilst others arrive later looking for somewhere to settle for the evening. The menu shifts naturally with that part of the day, offering dishes that feel suited to a longer, slower meal.
In warmer weather, tables often move out into The Garden Terrace, whilst inside the café takes on a quieter atmosphere towards the end of service.

Our Chef
Head Chef Lee Ward leads the kitchen at Eleven Bibury, shaping menus around the seasons and what’s best at the time rather than following a fixed way of doing things.
There’s a simplicity to the approach here. Ingredients are sourced carefully and dishes are prepared properly, creating food that feels good to eat without becoming overly complicated.
That same thinking runs throughout the menu, from breakfast through to early evening meals, creating something that feels consistent across the day rather than separate from it.
