When our founder first experienced Chef Lee Ward’s creative and beautifully crafted dishes, she knew instantly he was the right person to lead the kitchen at Eleven Bibury.
Lee’s passion for nutrition, uncompromising quality, and locally sourced ingredients perfectly align with our vision. Every dish he creates is made from scratch here on the premises, ensuring it is as fresh and nourishing as possible.
